Your account may get suspended if you have directly refunded your in-app purchase through the store but not from our official customer center.
■ If your account has been suspended after directly refunding at the store after using the product, it will be released according to the following procedure.
1. Create a new character on a new server.
2. Repurchase the refunded item.
3. Provide the customer center with the server/nickname of the suspended character and the new server/nickname.
4. The newly purchased item will be retrieved by the customer center.
5. The suspension of the account will be lifted, and the account will be restored.
■ If you have directly refunded at the store without using the product, the release will proceed according to the following procedure:
1. Retrieval of payment items held by the suspended character.
2. Restoration of the suspended account.
