My CQB has not been received after refining. What should I do?

Please exit and log back in, and check the CQB you own or your mail in case the refinement fails. 

If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service by providing the information below. 


1. Date & time of issue.

2. Details of the issue.

3. Your server.

4. Character name.
