How to refund purchased items.

You must meet the following conditions in order to refund your purchase.

1. If 7 days have not passed since the product was purchased.

2. If the received product is not used.

3. If the product does not take effect immediately upon purchase

 - Products that take effect immediately upon purchase, such as Monthly Subscription, cannot be refunded.

4. If you did not gain any additional profit from the purchase of a product.

 - Any act of receiving the rewards for reaching a higher VIP level through payment or defeating the boss of that VIP level is considered as gaining additional benefits.
